History:
This patient presented with skin
thickening, pain and cellulitis with edema
and ulceration.
Problem: Incompetent
subfascial perforator veins causing superficial
venous hypertension.
Treatment: Subfascial
Endoscopic Perforator Surgery.
Comment:
This case illustrates the resolution of
both the cellulitis and the edema associated
with superficial venous hypertension. The
reduction in edema is often impressive. |
