History:
This patient presented with severe
skin thickening, discoloration, pain and
ulceration.
Problem: Incompetent
subfascial perforator veins causing superficial
venous hypertension.
Treatment:
Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery.
Comments: This
case illustrates the resolution of ulcers
that is seen in 95% of the patients that
undergo the SEPS procedure. |
