History: This patient presented with severe skin discoloration and thickening.

Problem: Incompetent subfascial perforator veins causing superficial venous hypertension.

Treatment: Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery

Comments: This case illustrates the gradual skin lightening that often occurs after correction of superficial venous hypertension by the SEPS procedure.
