History: This gentleman who had a long term history of severe cellulitis, leg edema, discoloration and pain.

Problem: subfascial perforator veins causing superficial venous hypertension.

Treatment: Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery.

Comments: He underwent the SEPS procedure and had resolution of the pain and ulceration as well as a marked reduction of the edema.
